- Preparation: We'll equip ourselves with everything needed: the notary stamp, journal, and the appropriate notary certificate.
- Meeting: On the scheduled day, we'll meet you at the agreed upon location. We'll verify your identity with a government-issued photo ID or passport and ensure the document is complete.
- Notarization: After confirming your willingness to sign, we'll witness the signature, record the transaction in our notary journal, and apply your stamp/seal.
- Finalization: We will then hand over the fully notarized document and provide a receipt , if needed.
